All orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days. You may refer to the link provided in your e-mail confirmation to view the status of your order and to view tracking information. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.

Returns and exchanges

All returns, including defective merchandise, must be returned to Meyamo within 15 business days from receipt of item. If the merchandise was defective due to a Meyamo error (as opposed to shipping damage), purchase and freight costs will be reimbursed, otherwise all freight costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive credit for the full amount of the purchase, the item must be received by Meyamo in its original packaging and in pristine, resalable condition.

Before shipping your returned item, please email and you will be issued a Return Authorization number. Upon receipt of your package, Meyamo will ship your exchanged items.
