Meyamo wants to bring fun, thoughtful, and socially responsible design to modern families. We want to invite parents and friends to be part of the creative process by customizing apparel and gifts for their own special babies and little ones. We strive to produce baby apparel and accessories of the best quality and design so each product becomes a precious family heirloom. We are highly committed to promoting responsible labor practices in both our local and global communities. |
Our History

Sofia Herrera, a Chilean-born designer who splits her time between Portland, Oregon, and Chile, founded meyamo after creating custom gifts for friends and their babies. The popularity of her personalized gifts quickly became an outlet for her design talents and compelled her to create a business that reflected her values. Herrera has developed design projects for Nike, Sony, Microsoft and adidas. |
Our Name

Meyamo stands for “me llamo,” which in Spanish means “my name is,” Meyamo alludes to the importance of encouraging babies to express their own identities and to help them find their own special place in the world. |
